Employee Termination
Business owner(s) who decide to terminate an employee must allow 72 hours for the terminated employee to retrieve their stash items. If they do not come to retrieve their item(s), business owners may keep them.
Payment
Any Player who creates an order with ANY business MUST pay the exact amount requested from the business. The only time this is voided is when there's a set agreement between both parties.
Business Discords
Any Business owner can create a discord for their business, discords must be professional, PBRP Internal Affairs can investigate discords made regarding our businesses if they are violating any discord TOS, or any PBRP TOS.
Business Bank Accounts
No member that has access to a business account may withdraw money unless the owner has said otherwise.
BUSINESS ACTIVITY
Business Owner(s) are expected to have active businesses. Hire people that plan to be active. If your business goes inactive for 14 days or more, Staff may auction off the business. If your business is sold and you are wondering why, submit a support ticket in the PBRP Discord.
CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WHILE ON DUTY
No player owned business owners, or their employees are allowed to be engaged in criminal activity while ON DUTY. The business must stay legit of its purpose and refrain from illegal activity at the establishment and must not have illegal items in the business stashes, doing so can result in ownership removal, business going up for auction, or business shut down. Anything your employees do on duty reflect on your business, don't risk loosing it!
POLICING IN THE COMMUNITY
No Unrealistic Policing – Officers must roleplay fairly and follow in-game laws, while on duty.
Chain Of Command
Respect Chain of Command – If you are in a government faction, follow the proper hierarchy.
KILLING EMS
No Person shall kill or interrupt Medical Personnel from doing their duties ( This can result in Community Service )
KILLING DOT
No Person shall kill or interrupt Department Of Transportation Personnel from doing their duties ( This can result in Community Service )
Age Requirement
All individuals wishing to join or affiliate with any gang within the server must be at least 16 years of age.
Lying about your age or providing false information to gain access to gang roleplay is strictly prohibited.
If a member is found to have falsified their age:
- They may be immediately removed from the gang
- Additional disciplinary action may be taken at staff discretion.
This rule exists to protect the community and ensure mature, appropriate roleplay at all times.
Conflict & Violence
No open fire on another gang unless there’s a valid RP reason (e.g., territory dispute, retaliation after a prior event, or gang war that’s been developed through roleplay).
Drive-by shootings or ambushes must be justified and involve some kind of escalation (trash talk, threats, prior altercations, etc.).
No “shoot on sight” just because someone is in another gang. ( Unless its in territory )
Retaliation must be reasonable — no wiping out an entire gang because one member insulted you.
Territory & Turf Rules
- Territory disputes must be handled within Roleplay ( Capture the zone)
- No Civilian that are not apart of either gang disputing may be involved, leave friends that are not in your gang our of your disputes. Fight like a man or lady whatever works.
Alliance & Communication
Gangs may NOT form alliances or ongoing partnerships with other gangs. This includes shared turf control, coordinated attacks, mutual protection agreements, or regularly assisting another gang in conflicts. Temporary interactions must remain strictly roleplay-appropriate and may not resemble an alliance. Violations may result in staff action.
Communication between gangs should be through RP meetings or street interactions, not Out Of Character (OOC) or Discord coordination.
Spray Tags
Spray tags must remain in the designated areas, do not go around the city spraying building's that are not in a gang zone marked in the Gang Tablet.
Violation of this rule will result in punishment.
Respect & Realism
Remember, this is Roleplay, not Deathmatch. Build stories, not kill counts.
Treat every gang interaction as a chance to create RP — negotiations, trades, rivalries, etc.
Roleplay Standards
FearRP and Value of Life apply — if you’re outnumbered or caught lacking, act realistically.
Hostages, kidnappings, and torture RP must stay within server RP rules and remain realistic — no excessive or random use.
Respect safe zones (e.g., hospitals, PDs, government buildings).
Conduct and Behavior
All gangs must prioritize roleplay over violence. Random shootings (“RDM”) or killing without valid RP buildup is strictly prohibited.
Gang members should act organized and realistic, not like random criminals — represent your gang’s image and hierarchy properly.
Every gang must have a clear leadership structure (Boss, Underboss, etc.). Only leaders or high ranks can make major RP decisions like wars or territory claims.
Gangs are expected to maintain their identity — colors, vehicles, RP style, and areas should match their theme.
Gang Assets
Gang vehicles, weapons, and stashes must be used only for gang RP and not for personal gain or trolling. This means that if you have your gang going around collecting assets like weapon, drugs, or other black market items, leadership may not take that from the stash unless it helps benefit the gang. Doing so can result in you getting voted out.
Gang Representation
Only verified and active members of a gang are permitted to wear, display, or use that gang’s clothing, colors, patches, flags, or any identifying symbols.
Any individual who is not officially affiliated with the gang is strictly prohibited from representing it in any form.
Violations of this rule may result in:
- Forced removal of the clothing or items
- Disciplinary action against the player
- Gang-related consequences if done intentionally or to provoke RP
This rule exists to prevent false representation, baiting, and unrealistic roleplay.
Whitelisted Jobs
No member involved in a gang may wear clothing, colors, patches, flags, or any identifying symbols while on duty as a whitelisted job. Doing so can result in immediate disbands or removal from that company.
If you are unsure of when to wear colors, try to wear them only during a dispute or territory claim.
Gang Cooldown
Members that have been removed or gangs that have been disbanded must wait a total of 14 days before being eligible to join, start, or be apart of gang roleplay.
Staff & Server Compliance
Staff have final say in all gang disputes.
Repeated violations can result in gang warnings, disbanding, or bans.
Gangs must submit their roster, colors, and base of operations to server management before official recognition.
Character Gang Limit
No member shall be apart of multiple gangs on multiple different characters, you are allowed 1 gang on 1 character. Do not exceed this limit.
Respect All Players
- No harassment, bullying, or personal attacks.
- Discrimination or offensive remarks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or disabilities will not be tolerated.
- Toxic behavior, excessive trolling, and instigating arguments will result in punishments.
No Exploits or Hacking
Any use of cheats, exploits, or third-party software will result in a permanent ban.
Common Courtesy
If an admin or staff member asks you to do something, comply respectfully.
English Only in Voice & Text Chat
This ensures effective communication among all players.
No External Communications (Discord, etc.) for In-Game Coordination
Players are not allowed to use Discord calls, private voice chats, or any external communication to coordinate in-game actions.
Doing so is considered metagaming and is a bannable offense.
Report All Bugs or glitches
Failure to report and instead abusing glitches will result in a ban.
No Real-World Threats
Threats of violence, doxing, or any form of real-life harm are strictly prohibited.
Crosshairs
No member apart of the In-game session shall use any software that adds a crosshair. Using crosshairs can result in Warns, Community Service, or sometimes even Bans. This depends on the PBRP Staff discretion.
no real world currency transactions
No Member shall gain from real world currency for items while in the PBRP game server, or discord.
Direct Messages
It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to send members of the community direct messages that include external links, spam, harassment, discrimination, or self promotion. This will result in a perm ban from our discord server(s). To prevent doxing & to keep your privacy safe, never share personal information with users, and refrain from clicking suspicious links. PBRP is not responsible for any personal information collected through direct messages.
FearRP
You must value your life as you would in real life. No unrealistic actions in life-threatening situations.
No FailRP
Do not break character or act in a way that wouldn't be possible in real life.
No RDM (Random Deathmatch)
Do not kill another player without a valid in-character reason, unless in a designated KOS zone.
No VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch)
Do not use your vehicle to randomly run people over.
NO Power-gaming OR Meta-gaming
Powergaming: Forcing actions on other players that they cannot realistically counter.
Metagaming: Using out-of-character (OOC) information to benefit your in-character (IC) actions. This includes using Discord calls for in-game communication.
No Cop Baiting
Do not provoke law enforcement for no reason.
Criminal Roleplay
Criminal Roleplay Must Be Realistic – Large-scale heists require planning and appropriate manpower.
New Life Rule (NLR)
[NLR] - Members Can not remember 15 minutes prior to their death.
Members Can remember events leading to their death as long as the member is revived by EMS personnel. If revived by EMS at one of the hospitals the member may return to the scene and continue with the RP. If they check in with the doctor, NLR is in effect.
Money Transferring
No Player(s) can send money to their "Cousin Character" this includes sending it to your friends, to then later send to your cousin.
- if you are caught doing this you will be banned!
SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING
If you see a member of the session violating rules it's best to use our /REPORT command rather than engaging in conflict. Our staff team is ON POINT and ready to assist when needed.
Respect
Staff must respect all members and show signs of leadership
Player Punishments
Pinebrook Roleplay staff members may ban and kick any member at any time for a justified reason if breaking Community rules. This includes the PBRP Official discord. however, PRBRP staff may NOT revoke bans or kicks unless they are apart of Pinebrook Roleplay's Internal Affairs Division. Banned members must file a ban appeal in the applications tab for revocation consideration. ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
Staff members have the ability to send any member apart of the in-game session to Community Service to complete tasks that keep players interacted in the session without removal, for breaking server rules.
(Number of tasks are staff discretion)
Staff must punish all offenders EQUALLY and FAIRLY, no exceptions for friends.
Logging
Staff must log every interaction, and how the interaction was handled incase of a support ticket being submitted on the situation.
Inventory (Items, Currency & Cars )
It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for Staff to give themselves or players, money, items, cars or anything else for their own benefit. If a player has lost items or money wrongfully, make sure to log the interaction!
Reviving
Staff may revive themselves or members of the community in the event that our server is under attack by a Modder or, if the player was involved in a situation that goes against community standards. Staff may also revive in the event that the server fails and causes a death based off a script error. Staff may NOT revive for anyone's personal gains or benefits. Reviving players must be justified. If someone is falling through the map & dies, revive them quickly and continue regular roleplay.
Kill On Sight (KOS) Zone
Certain areas of the map are designated as Kill On Sight (KOS) Zones, where players can engage in combat without prior roleplay initiation. (KOS) zones are any drug manufacturing facility & Cayo Perico. The Material Collection Center is NOT KOS!
No Camping Outside KOS Zones
Do not wait at the edge of a KOS Zone just to kill players as they leave.
Players Entering KOS Zones Assume Risk
If you enter a KOS Zone, you acknowledge that you can be attacked without warning.
No KOS Outside Designated Areas
KOS rules do not apply outside of marked zones.
Department Of Public Safety In KOS Zones
No member that is ON DUTY with BCSO, LSPD, or S.A.M.S are allowed in KOS zones. No Exceptions!
SAFE ZONES
Law enforcement may search or arrest players if they are caught doing something illegal.
No Camping or Running into Safe Zones to Avoid Dying – If you are in an active confrontation, you cannot use a Safe Zone for protection.
No Trunk Theft – Stealing from vehicle trunks is prohibited.
No Lockpicking or Stealing Locked Cars – You cannot steal vehicles within a Safe Zone.
No Drug or Weapon Deals – Safe Zones cannot be used as protection for criminal transactions.
No Handcuffing Other Players – Unless you are law enforcement, you may not detain others in a Safe Zone.
No Shooting Directly Outside or Around Safe Zones – Engaging in combat near Safe Zones is not allowed.
No Holding Civilians Hostage – Hostage situations cannot take place within or near Safe Zones.
No Robbing or Kidnapping Players – Criminal activity such as robbery and kidnapping is prohibited in Safe Zones.
Drug Selling
No Drug Selling on CAYO, This can result in Community Service. [ Keep drug selling in zones where police are allowed. ]
