FAQ
  • Is PBRP pay to win?

    No, anything that can be obtained with "Big City" money can be obtained with "In City" money.

  • Is PBRP Whitelisted?

    At this time, Pinebrook Roleplay is NOT whitelisted. While we are considering a fully whitelisted community down the road, we currently are public to bring a larger range of Role-players, and to keep the community fresh with people.

  • Can I have something imported?

    Yes! You can import items FREE if your a gang leader or you can purchase imports such as, housing, clothing, cars and more!

  • How can I advertise my own design on a billboard?

    Advertising on a billboard is easier than you might think. First, you need a design, so think ahead and create something good looking. After you are happy with the design you simply open a ticket in the main discord, send pictures of your design and pay the fee in game for the billboard. Admins can set your design on as many billboards as you want, that is of course if you can afford it... cant afford a billboard? BETTER GET ON THAT GRIND!!

  • How do I request for a ban to be revoked?

    In order for a member to have a ban eligible for revocation they must fill out a ban appeal form. These forms are found under our "Forms & Applications" tab, Someone in our Internal Affairs Division will review the appeal and set a status to the appeal. We understand that you may be eager to hop back in city. However, If you have not heard back, it is likely our team is busy with other tasks in our community.. be patient they will get around to it!

  • Is my personal information shared with third party users?

    No, players personal information remains strictly protected. No personal information or IP addresses are shared with users in our community. In fact we even went the furthest to make sure that no users other than ownership can even view IP addresses to ensure the safety and privacy of our players. In order to keep your identity protected, refrain from suspicious links or messages in your DM's. Pinebrook Roleplay is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any personal information leaked through direct messages. If you receive a suspicious message from a user in our community make sure to report it right away, using our ticket tool in the community's discord.
